How do I get in touch with you after hours? 

You can start the registration process online on our website. Then you must come to one of our offices to complete the process. You can come to the office Monday to Friday from 9am-4pm to register. You need to bring valid photo ID, your SIN number/card, and direct deposit for payroll.

If you have any certifications such as a forklift certificate you need to bring it with you. 

It will take you about one hour to complete the application process.

Can I refer friends and family to Staff Depot for a job?  

What are you hours of operation?

Yes we can. We have several clients that we can match you with and we will take in to consider how you travel. 

We have all kinds of assignments. We have had our staff be hired by clients after 2 weeks and have had staff work at the same job for months and in some cases years! We do also get short term assignments if that is what you are interested in. Our staff will detail the length of assignment to you so you can accept or decline. 

What if I do not like the job I am working at? 

Yes you must have proper safety boots for all assignments. (excluding office jobs)

How do I get paid?

I do not drive and do not want to travel far, can you still get me a job? 

Do you offer long term jobs or just temp jobs? 

Every candidate is different and we do our best to get you the right job fit for you. Sometimes we have the perfect job for you when you register, sometimes it takes a few days.  

We do have a referral program in place for all staff. We love referrals. Refer a friend to Staff DEpot and you could be eligible to receive a $100 reward. The referred individual must work a minimum of 300 hours in order for you to be considered for the promotion.

We encourage staff to attend all scheduled shifts. However, if you can not report you MUST call or email our office in advance. If you do not contact us and do not report we will not offer you another assignment.

What should I do if I can't go to work? 

Monday to Friday, from 8am to 6pm.

How will I be billed? 

When and how do I register? 

Call us and we will find you a different job. Do not just stop showing up, it looks bad on you and us. All we ask is that you communicate with us so we can help you! 

All of our staff get paid weekly. We strongly encourage direct deposit. If you do not have direct deposit and need a cheque that can be accommodated. Please note, we do not deliver cheques and are not open on weekends for cheque pickup.
